The workplace…
The interior of the car has been stripped. Only the bare basics are left in place. A 6 point roll cage has been welded in included strengthening bracings in the rear hoop, roof and behind the dash. The rear of the cage has been welded to the factory strengtened floor section which holds the rear axle.
The Dashboard of the car is basically an empty shell placed over the roll cage. The tacho/speedo unit has been used and a few controls for lights and wipers. A small heater/fan has been added for defogging the windshield. |
